Day 1 of my DIY project. I found this old whiskey box and decided to turn it into a piece of textured art. Here I am applying my homemade paste to create the base patterns.
Day 2 came with a mistake. The putty started falling off, so I had to scrape it all down and start over. Learning is part of the process, and I was determined to get it right.
Day 3, and the textured art box is finally complete. After making mistakes and restarting, seeing the final piece look so magical makes it all worth it. Never give up.

Transforming an old item into art isn't just about applying paint; it’s about base preparation. When I turned that whiskey box into a textured piece, the putty didn't stick initially—I had to scrape it all off and restart.
