Real strength is built with sweat and determination. My conditioning drills use tires, ladders, sprints, and bodyweight exercises to build the raw power and stamina you need for self-defense. Expect to be pushed, because there are no shortcuts to becoming strong.

Karate-Based Self-Defense Techniques

This is where you learn real-world skills. I teach practical, karate-based blocks, counters, and takedowns to handle tough situations, not fancy stunts. We practice hands-on with partners to build muscle memory and confidence.
