This is a glimpse into our beginner training program. We focus on fundamental drills like kicks, side steps, and neck isolations. Notice the focus on clean execution before we add speed or music.
Bounce is a key element in hip hop. I teach students to use their toes and heels correctly to get that effortless bounce, not just stay flat-footed. It’s small details like this that transform your dance.
Watch how we break down a slide and base drop. First, you see me do it, then you try it with the music. This 'watch, then do' method helps you connect the steps to the beat. Badiya, badiya!
This drill combines pointing, stepping, and circling to build coordination. I also push for freestyle at the end to help you find your own movement within the structure. It’s about technique and expression.
After running the steps, I give direct feedback. "Aur energy!" More power in the circle. We repeat the sequence until the energy is right. This is how we push for performance-level quality in every class.
Here, we focus on combining steps with freestyle. The goal is to play with the choreography, not just execute it. This helps you develop your own unique style and confidence on the dance floor.
Clean steps are everything. In this foundation session, we drill a sequence involving claps and glides, focusing on making each move sharp and distinct before putting it all to music.
This is a classic foundation drill focusing on sharp, quick movements and direction changes. I demonstrate it slowly, then we speed it up with the music to build muscle memory and precision.
Isolations are crucial. This drill focuses on moving legs and head independently. I emphasize making every movement sharp and clean. We repeat it until it becomes natural for the students.
About Foundation & Drills: The Core of Our Training
Before you learn a single routine, we drill your isolations, bounces, and waves. You will spend the first 20 minutes of every class conditioning your body and locking in your technique. It is not about looking good on the first day; it is about having the muscle control to actually nail the choreography later. If you want to skip the hard work, this is not the spot for you.

Our Training Methodology
Our sessions are built on a simple premise: if you cannot control your head, chest, and hips individually, you cannot execute a wave or a slide correctly. We drill:

- Musicality: Learning to hear the beat and hit the 'boom' with precision.
