Meet Sitar Srinivas

My musical journey began in a family where ragas and rhythms were part of daily life. Today, I lead the Grand Sitar Symphony, a collaborative group where we blend the sitar with tabla, flute, and keyboard to create a rich, layered instrumental sound.

My Philosophy

Music is an offering. Whether I am performing at a concert or producing an album in my studio in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, my goal remains the same: to create a sense of peace that you might feel in a quiet temple or on a breezy hilltop. I do not focus on trends, but on the timeless nature of the sitar.

How I Work

Every project is a partnership. We begin with a melody, often inspired by spiritual traditions, and then build the arrangement for the ensemble. We record in a professional studio setup to ensure clarity and depth in every sound, from the deepest resonance of the tabla to the high notes of the flute. After the recording, I handle the technical side—mixing, mastering, and global distribution—so your music reaches platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music without you needing to manage the logistics.
