Modern details meet traditional design. The back of our signature blouse features a playful heart-shaped cutout, a thoughtful touch that makes this children's ethnic outfit truly special and contemporary.
About Signature Hand-Painted Lehengas
We craft these blouses using premium raw silk or matka silk as the base, ensuring they remain soft against delicate skin. Each floral motif, whether it is a sunflower or a hibiscus, is painted by hand using fabric acrylics in our studio. Because this process is manual, every single blouse we create possesses its own subtle, artistic signature.
Our approach to children's ethnic wear centers on the balance between traditional aesthetics and practical comfort.
The Art of Hand-Painting
Unlike printed alternatives, our hand-painted blouses feature genuine brushwork. This technique allows for vibrant, organic color application that retains its richness over time. We source authentic Kerala tissue or Chanderi silk for the skirts, often accented with woven Zari borders to maintain that festive, regal appearance.
Design for Comfort
We understand that children need to move, play, and run. To accommodate this, our skirts include a soft tulle layer for volume and are double-lined with butter crepe to prevent irritation. The waistbands are designed with a flat front and elasticated back for a secure yet comfortable fit. We also incorporate a 2-inch extra margin within the seams, allowing the garment to be adjusted as your child grows.
Customization and Process
Each set is made to order in our Bengaluru workshop. We offer a virtual consultation to discuss measurements and motif selection to ensure the final piece aligns with your vision. Because of the level of detail involved in the hand-painting and stitching, please plan for a production timeline of 20 to 25 days before shipping.
