Soulful Bridal and Groom Portraits
Your wedding day is a collection of fleeting emotions, and I am here to preserve the quiet, honest beauty of that anticipation. My portrait work focuses on the raw, unscripted moments—the grace of a veil, the steady look in a groom's eyes, and the connection that makes your love story uniquely yours.
The bride, Rocio, standing in a beautiful archway, looking like a queen in her magnificent red lehenga. A moment of calm elegance before the ceremony.
A stunning silhouette of the bride against a window, the light catching the details of her veil and lehenga. A truly artistic bridal portrait.
A powerful, direct portrait of the bride, Kavita. Her eyes tell a story of strength, beauty, and anticipation.
A dreamy, sun-flared portrait of the bride, creating a halo effect that makes her look absolutely ethereal.
A collage of artistic bridal portraits, showcasing different angles, lighting, and moods of the bride Kavita on her special day.
A soft, gentle portrait of the bride, Ankita, her warm smile and beautiful red dupatta creating a timeless image.
A beautiful outdoor portrait of the bride, Rocio, with a natural backdrop that complements her stunning red lehenga.
A striking close-up of the Bengali bride, focusing on her traditional 'mukut' and powerful eyes.
A full-length portrait of the bride, Dhwani, showcasing her exquisite red lehenga against the backdrop of a beautiful garden.
A collage of the bride in two different settings: one on a majestic balcony and another silhouetted against arched windows, showing her in moments of grandeur and quiet contemplation.
About Bridal & Groom Portraits
I often suggest we carve out 30 minutes of undisturbed time for portraits right before the main rituals begin. This quiet window allows us to move away from the noise and capture those raw, contemplative expressions—whether it is the way your jewellery catches the light or a simple, stolen moment of calm—without the pressure of guests waiting.
Beyond the Posed Shot
When I approach bridal and groom portraits, my goal is to move past the traditional stiff poses. I look for the moments in between—a smile shared between the two of you, the nervous adjustment of a turban, or the way the sunlight hits your attire during a candid pause. My signature approach uses a warm, matte color grading that gives these photos a timeless, cinematic quality, ensuring they feel like a memory rather than just a staged photograph.
How We Work Together
Whether you are planning an intimate home ceremony or a destination wedding, the process remains rooted in comfort. For my full wedding packages, we have a dedicated team: a lead candid photographer to focus on your portraits and artistic angles, and a traditional photographer to handle the formal group shots. If you prefer a more focused experience, my intimate event coverage is designed specifically for smaller gatherings where we skip the stage setups to focus entirely on artistic, lifestyle-driven portraiture.
Preparing for Your Portraits
Preparation is where the magic happens. Before your big day, I love to chat about your venue and the light. If we are shooting at a heritage property or a simple garden, I look for corners with natural light that define the mood. I am based in Mumbai but I travel across India, so if you have a specific location in mind, let’s talk about how the environment can play a role in your story. My priority is for you to feel like yourself in front of my lens, because that is where the most honest, beautiful images are born.
Siddhi B
Hi, I'm Siddhi. I believe the most beautiful portraits aren't the ones where you pose perfectly, but the ones where you forget I'm even there. I capture the quiet, honest moments—the ones that feel like poetry—to help you remember exactly who you were on that day.
