About My Journey & Press Features
Being featured in publications like Hastkala Life and Thane Vaibhav has been a humbling reminder that dedication to the craft does not go unnoticed. These features highlight not just the end result, but the satatya (consistency) I bring to every bridal booking and training session. If you are looking for an artist who treats henna as an evolving art form rather than a one-time service, I am happy to share how I can bring that same detail to your wedding.
My path to becoming a professional mehendi artist wasn't about following a template. It started in my final year of college, balancing academics with a growing fascination for patterns and henna chemistry. I believe that kutlihi kala choti kiwa mothi nasate—no art is small—and that mindset is what I pour into every project, whether it is a celebrity bridal commission or a portrait design for a wedding.
Why I Teach
One of the most rewarding parts of my journey has been my mehendi workshops in Thane and Mulund. I realized that to preserve this art, I need to pass it on. My sessions are not just about drawing lines; they are about teaching the 'why' behind the design, from mixing organic henna to mastering negative space. I even hold special evening batches for working women who want to learn a skill that allows them to express their creativity.
What You Get
When you book me, you get someone who understands that your wedding is a personal milestone. I don’t use generic patterns. I listen to your stories—your hobbies, your pet, your love story—and weave them into the henna. From my base in Mumbai, I travel across the city and pan-India to ensure your hands and feet tell the story you want to share with the world.
Shraddha More
I am Shraddha. I started this journey in college, and today, I feel blessed to create personalized mehendi and teach others this beautiful art form. I keep things honest, simple, and filled with the passion that started it all.
