We approach global fusion as a delicate balancing act, not just a trend. When we bring Japanese sushi or Mexican tacos into a Delhi wedding, we ensure the spice profiles and ingredient quality are adapted for the Indian palate, providing the excitement of international tastes with the comfort of familiar flavours.
For us, fusion cuisine is about harmony. It is rarely about just putting a dish on the menu. We spend time ensuring that our Pan-Asian live counters, such as our Teriyaki Shiitake mushrooms or crystal dim sums, maintain their integrity while existing alongside the robust flavours of a traditional Indian spread.
We treat every event as a production. When we design a menu, we look at the flow of the party. A guest might start with a refreshing buttermilk shot served in a glass cloche, move to a live pasta station where we toss sauces inside a giant Parmesan wheel, and end the evening with our signature gourmet dessert displays.
