Our international camps are not just vacations. Even in Morocco, we kept our signature alignment-first approach. We traveled with our wall ropes, blocks, and straps because true progress requires the right support, no matter where in the world you roll out your mat.

For us at SAY Yoga, the mat is home, but the world is our classroom. When we host international yoga retreats, our goal is to help you disconnect from the noise of daily life so you can reconnect with your own rhythm.

In our Morocco camp, we didn't just practice outdoors for the view. We spent hours working on stability and core strength using the same Kurunta wall rope systems and prop-supported techniques we use in our Jayanagar studio. We believe that whether you are in Bangalore or abroad, the principles of safety, alignment, and mindful breathing remain the non-negotiables of a sustainable practice.

Our retreats are designed for the curious practitioner. We move through a mix of challenging asanas like Sirshasana and balancing poses, while always leaving space for Pranayama and philosophical discussions. We find that changing your environment can shift your perspective, making it easier to break through mental blocks that might feel stuck back home.
