Behind the Scenes of My Live Art Performances

About this collection
Getting the technical setup right is half the show. Whether I am at a corporate stage or a temple festival, I travel with my own LED lightbox and camera rig to ensure your audience sees the story unfold live on the big screen. The only thing I need from the venue team is the projector and the display wall to bring the visuals to life.
My process is rarely just about the final image. It is about the narrative flow. When you see a live sand art performance at a wedding or a corporate launch, there is significant work happening before you arrive. For corporate clients like the Adani Group or L&T, I spend time understanding the brand journey or leadership message, then storyboard the sequence. This ensures the 15-minute performance resonates with the room.
Technical Realities
- Sand Art & Speed Painting: I arrive with my lightbox, camera mount, and tools. I require a standard HDMI input to your venue's existing LED wall or projector system. The overhead camera capture is what makes the magic visible to the back row.
- Light Art: This is the only medium that requires strict logistics. To make the glow work, the venue must be able to achieve 0% ambient light. If your venue is a glass-walled conference room in the afternoon, we might need to discuss shifting the performance to your evening gala instead.
- Glitter Reveal: I bring drop cloths and protective materials. I handle the mess, so your venue team does not have to worry about glitter on the carpets or stage.
Travel and Preparation
I perform across the country, from Mumbai and Ahmedabad to Varanasi and beyond. Whether it is a grand festival at Mahudi Tirth or a car launch in Pune, I arrive early to conduct sound checks and align the music sync. My attire is always formal, tailored to the vibe of your event, because I believe the artist is part of the visual experience. If you are looking to book, let me know the venue type early so I can confirm which art style—sand, light, or glitter—will be most effective for your space.

I am Sarvam Patel, and I use sand, glitter, and light to tell stories. I treat every stage like a prayer and every performance as an opportunity to connect with the audience. My goal is simple: to make your event meaningful through art that speaks.
