About Bridal & Full-Arm Designs
Every bridal design I create flows from the fingertips to the elbow, balancing intricate checkerboard patterns with bold floral motifs. I focus on achieving a seamless transition between these elements so the design looks complete and intentional on your arm.
My Approach to Bridal Artistry
When I design for a bride, I treat the skin like a canvas. My process begins by understanding your preferences, whether you want a traditional look filled with classic peacocks and lotus motifs, or something modern with negative space and sharp lines.
I focus on three key areas to ensure your bridal mehendi stands out:
- Composition & Flow: I carefully connect the palm design to the forearm, ensuring the transition feels natural. I use varying line weights—thick, bold outlines for the main flowers and delicate, fine lines for the filler work—to create depth.
- Storytelling Elements: If you want, we can incorporate personal touches like portraits, the name of your partner, or symbols that tell your specific love story. These details turn a standard design into something that feels uniquely yours.
- Natural Henna: I exclusively use natural henna paste that I mix myself using high-quality Sojat powder and essential oils. This ensures a rich, dark stain that lasts throughout your wedding festivities.
Professional Application in Goregaon
I work primarily from my studio in Goregaon West, but I travel to wedding venues across Mumbai for bridal appointments. Because bridal applications can take several hours, I plan the layout in stages to keep you comfortable. We start with the palm, build up the arm, and then finish the finer details. If you have a specific theme for your wedding decor or outfit, share it with me beforehand. I can adapt the floral density or the style of the jaali (checkerboard pattern) to complement your look.
