About this collection
This is not about forced positivity. In our 45-minute sessions, we open a 'venting window' where you can unload every specific insecurity that's been weighing you down—from fear of wearing crop tops to dealing with unsolicited comments. We then shift to building your 'Brown Aunty Defense,' giving you real, conversational scripts to handle judgment from relatives so you can stay calm and centered, no matter what they say.

I’ve been where you are—hating my thick thighs, worrying about belly pooch, and letting the inner critic run the show. My coaching isn't about clinical therapy; it is a safe space for you to vent, process, and reframe the way you see yourself.
The Coaching Approach
- Mindset Shifts: We borrow wisdom from the Gita to understand that our bodies are temporary homes, not projects to be fixed. When you realize your worth is inside, the external noise stops.
- Body Neutrality: We move away from toxic positivity. It is okay to have off days. We focus on 'Body Neutrality'—learning to exist without constantly critiquing your reflection.
- Practical Tools: We work on silencing the inner critic with daily mantras. I help you detach your self-worth from your appearance so you can finally stop sucking your tummy in for photos and start living.
What to Expect
Whether you need a quick 45-minute pep-talk or a 75-minute deep dive with styling and mindset work combined, the vibe is strictly casual. We use Hinglish, we keep it real, and we focus on immediate emotional relief. This is for the girlies who are tired of comparing their real lives to someone else's filtered Instagram feed.
