This is the real me behind the perfect posts. I used to hide my tummy, my cellulite, and my double chin, but I've learned that true confidence comes when you stop chasing angles and start loving yourself from the inside. This is what my coaching is all about: finding beauty in your reality.

I know the feeling when a dress is a little tight and your tummy is popping out. The old me would have hated my body for it. The new me knows the problem is with the outfit, not my body. In my coaching, we learn to find clothes that celebrate our shape, not ones that make us feel bad.

My relationship with shorts was always toxic because of my big thighs. I used to constantly pull them down and feel so conscious. I want to help you find the freedom to wear what you love, just like I found these comfy shorts that give me full confidence and comfort.

Sometimes, the best body positivity advice comes from the Gita. It teaches us that our bodies are just temporary clothes for our eternal soul. This mindset shift is a huge part of my coaching, helping you detach your self-worth from your appearance and love yourself on a deeper level.

Getting ready for a wedding can bring out all our insecurities. I used to find 36 flaws in myself before finding one thing to like. Now, I focus on the beautiful blouse, not the belly pooch. My goal is to help you enjoy festivals and life, so you can *chaddo complexes, khao piyo aish karo, mitron!*

I want to be real with you. I also have days where I zoom in on my photos and notice every little thing, like these tiny back rolls. Body positivity isn't about loving yourself 24/7. It's about accepting these moments of doubt and not letting them define you, a key practice we build together.

Finding swimwear for a curvy, pear-shaped body felt impossible. I used to think I could never wear a two-piece. This video shows that with the right fit and a confident mindset, you can rock anything. We work on silencing that inner critic so you can enjoy every moment, even at the pool.
