Build Style Confidence From The Inside Out
You are beautiful exactly as you are. I am here to help you stop the negative self-talk and start dressing in a way that makes you feel powerful, every single day.
This is my 'Confidence Jar' exercise, a powerful tool to combat self-doubt. The idea is simple: write one good thing about your body every day and add it to a jar. When you feel low, read them. It’s a practical step towards body acceptance and self-love.
A reminder for all of us: "You are imperfect & inevitably flawed yet You Are Beautiful." This illustration of three diverse women celebrates the beauty in our differences. My work as a stylist is rooted in this body-positive philosophy.
I love this quote from Louise Hay because it’s so true. We spend years criticizing ourselves, so why not try approving of yourself and see what happens? This is the mindset shift I encourage in all my clients on their journey to self-acceptance.
Here is a simple but powerful thought for your week: "Don't Let Your Mind Bully Your Body." Building a positive body image is a key part of my confidence coaching. Your body is your home, so let's treat it with kindness.
About this collection
I often ask my clients to start with a simple, non-negotiable exercise: the 'Confidence Jar'. You write down one thing you love about your body every day for 30 days. When you have one of those mornings where nothing seems to fit right, you pull a note out and read it. It is not about the clothes; it is about retraining your brain to be your own biggest cheerleader before you even open your closet door.
We all have those days where we stare at a full closet and feel like we have absolutely nothing to wear. That 'Batte Illa!' frustration is rarely about the clothes—it is almost always about how we are feeling in that moment. As a stylist in Bengaluru, I see so many women hold back from wearing what they love because they are waiting to 'lose a few kilos' or for a 'special occasion' that never comes.
My approach to styling is different. It is essentially confidence coaching disguised as wardrobe management. Whether we are doing a virtual consultation to find your perfect color palette or an in-home wardrobe detox to clear out the clutter, the goal is always the same: to remove the barriers that stop you from feeling like yourself.
We will work on practical steps: identifying silhouettes that actually flatter your current shape, learning how to accessorize without overthinking, and realizing that 'perfect' is a myth that keeps us from having fun with fashion. If you are tired of the inner critic, let us sit down and flip the script. You are imperfect, and that is exactly why you are beautiful.
