When I opened my first salon in 1984, my goal was simple. I wanted every person who sat in my chair to feel like they were part of my family. Over the decades, I have seen so many transformations. Often, clients come to me after a bad experience elsewhere, worried about damage or uneven color. My approach is to always start with a conversation. We discuss the texture of your hair, your face shape, and what you are trying to achieve.
For example, when someone comes in with frizzy hair looking for a quick fix, I do not just jump to chemicals. We often discuss a protein repair treatment or a Hair Botox session to bring the shine back before we consider any styling. It is about patience.
