When you hire us, you get the person who is actually doing the work. Whether it is a small naming ceremony or a grand wedding stage, I am usually on-site, moving the ladders and checking the lighting.

Our Process

1. Early Arrival: We know Bangalore traffic can be unpredictable. We schedule our arrivals with a buffer to ensure we are set up well before your guests walk in.
2. Floral Selection: We source fresh flowers locally to keep costs down and quality up. You will see my team arranging marigolds, roses, and other seasonal blooms directly on the backdrop frames to ensure they look full and natural.
3. On-Site Adjustments: Decoration rarely goes exactly to plan once you are inside the venue. We carry extra props, tapes, and lighting gear so we can make adjustments on the fly.

We focus on the practical details—making sure the balloons are tied properly, the fabric is steamed, and the stage lights are pointing in the right direction.
