Being a Bangalore emcee, I get the local vibe. Need Kannada banners for a birthday or something specific? No problem. We've made banners like 'modalaneya huttida habbada shubhashayagalu' (Happy first birthday) before. Just tell me what you need, and we'll make it happen.
