Choreography for Kids & Schools: Stage-Ready Dance Routines
From annual days to inter-school competitions, I help kids discover their confidence through movement. Whether it is hip-hop, folk, or ballet, every child gets a chance to shine.
A heartwarming performance by my young students to the song 'Tere Vaaste'. This stage show was part of a showcase event, and the kids performed with incredible confidence and charm.
Another fantastic kids' performance on a professionally lit stage. This routine was a fun Bollywood number that allowed each child to express their personality.
A beautiful ballet-inspired performance from a school's annual day. I choreograph in various Western styles, including contemporary and ballet, to create elegant and memorable shows.
These kids are bringing the swag with a cool hip-hop routine. I love teaching modern styles that let children explore different kinds of movement and rhythm.
My teens' batch rocking the stage with a powerful hip-hop and commercial dance performance. This routine featured sharp, synchronized moves and lots of attitude.
A high-energy hip-hop performance by a large group of students. The choreography was designed to be visually impactful, with the whole crew moving as one.
I am so proud of my student Hridya, who won first place at a dance competition with this contemporary ballet solo. I provide specialized coaching for competitive dancers.

Another shot from our annual day preparations. Here, I am guiding the students through a sequence, focusing on technique and expression in a large group setting.
An outdoor rehearsal session with my junior batch. We often use open spaces to practice formations and enjoy the fresh air while dancing.
About Choreography for Kids & Schools
I do not just teach steps; I manage the entire stage presence. When we prep for an annual day, I handle the formation shifts, entry-exit blocking, and costume-check coordination so that even the most stage-shy student feels like a star under the spotlight.
School shows require more than just talent; they need logistics. I specialize in turning a group of kids—some who have never danced before—into a synchronized team. My process starts with understanding the event theme, whether it is a classic Bollywood sequence for an annual day, a patriotic folk routine, or a high-energy hip-hop set for a competition.
My Approach to School Productions
- Formation & Blocking: The most common issue on stage is empty space. I map out visual formations (circles, lines, swaps) that ensure every child is visible, regardless of where they stand.
- Audio Editing: I handle the track mixing. If your routine needs a 7-minute medley with specific sound bites or voice-overs for a narrative, I create it.
- Costume Consultation: We discuss outfits early to ensure the weight and style do not hinder movement. A dance performance fails if the kids are worried about their props or clothes falling off.
What to Expect
I believe dance should be a source of stress-relief, not pressure. While I am strict about synchronization during rehearsals, my goal is to make the process fun. We practice at the studio in Noida Sector 137 or at your school/venue. By the time we reach the final stage rehearsal, the kids are not just performing steps; they are feeling the rhythm. This 'no judgment' philosophy helps students who are usually quiet find their voice and attitude on stage. If you have a theme or a specific song in mind, let’s chat about how to bring it to life.
