About Awards & Recognition
When you see a student like Hridya walk away with a first-place trophy, it isn't just about the steps they learned in my Sector 137 studio. It’s about the hours of repetition, the 'what-if-I-mess-up' nerves we worked through, and that final moment where they truly own the stage. Winning an award for choreography is sweet, but seeing my students grow into confident performers is the real win for me.
Every award on my wall tells a story of a student who decided to take a risk and get on stage. Whether it is a local Noida competition or a larger stage performance, my goal is never just to 'get the steps right.' It is about coaching you to handle the stage, breathe through the routine, and actually enjoy the adrenaline rush.
How I Approach Competition Training
When we prepare for a competition or a stage show, we go beyond the choreography. We focus on:
- Stage Presence: Learning how to project your energy to the back of the room, not just the people in the front row.
- Technical Nuance: Refining your body control so that a simple move looks sharp and deliberate.
- Mental Prep: We spend time clearing out the performance anxiety so you can perform with the same freedom you feel when dancing in your living room.
My studio in Sector 137 is where this hard work happens. It is not a sterile environment—it is a space where we sweat, laugh, and sometimes mess up, but we always keep going until we get it right.
