The Build
We use a mix of materials like 1200 GSM hardboard for stability, finished in premium textures, faux leather, or soft velvet. For the internal layout, I use custom die-cut cavity trays. This ensures that every jar of dry fruits or chocolate sits securely, avoiding any loose movement during transit. If you choose the briefcase-style trunk, we add functional metal handles and latches to give it a truly regal, travel-inspired look.
