I create high-impact soundscapes for brands, blending traditional Indian percussion with modern rhythmic arrangements for ads and anthems.
It was an incredible experience to arrange and perform the percussion for the official Tata IPL 2023 campaign on JioCinema. We created a high-energy track for this jingle featuring the one and only MS Dhoni. This project involved a full percussion arrangement to capture the excitement of the tournament.
As the music producer for this ACC Cement advertisement, I created a powerful and earthy soundscape. The track features the commanding beats of Chenda Melam and Puneri Dhol to create a rhythm that feels as strong and enduring as the brand itself.
Here is a behind the scenes look at the recording session for the ACC Cement ad. In the studio, I'm playing the Chenda Melam, a special instrument from Kerala, to build the track's intense and driving rhythm. This is where the raw energy of the music comes to life.
For this project with Xiaomi India, I recorded Dholak and Tabla for a unique electro-Sufi jingle. The goal was to fuse traditional folk percussion with a modern electronic vibe, creating a fresh and catchy sound for the brand.
