While we are passionate about developing athletes across a wide range of sports, our pickleball coaching program is designed with a special focus on structured, disciplined training. Our experience in overall fitness, plyometrics, and athletics gives us a unique edge, allowing us to build your pickleball skills from the ground up. About About Our Academy
We believe that agility and foundational fitness are non-negotiable, whether you are picking up a basketball, a cricket bat, or a pickleball paddle. Our training methodology integrates plyometrics and gymnastics to ensure you are not just learning the rules of the game but are physically equipped to play it well.
At DSMT, our philosophy is simple: 'Sabka Apna Apna Normal' (Everyone has their own normal). We recognize that every student learns differently, whether they are a 3-year-old starting with basic motor skills or an adult refining their pickleball technique.
Why We Focus on Multi-Sport Training
Many academies focus only on skill repetition. We take a different path. By incorporating plyometrics and basic gymnastics into our basketball and football drills, we ensure our students develop better balance, core strength, and coordination. This makes them faster, more durable athletes regardless of the specific sport they choose.
