My Process: The Art Behind Your Mehendi
Behind the scenes, I use my henna cone to turn your personal stories and wedding memories into intricate, permanent art.

About The Artist at Work
You will often see me glancing at my phone while I work. That isn't just for checking the time; it is where I keep your reference images and specific design elements—like your wedding hashtag or a portrait—so I can mirror them exactly on your palms. Precision is everything in this work, and that is how I ensure the story on your hands matches the one in your head.
The Art of Patience
Great mehendi is not something you can rush. When you choose a design with portraits or intricate rituals, you are committing to a 5-6 hour process. My team and I focus on high-definition shading for faces and clean, geometric lines for architecture and floral patterns. We use premium, triple-filtered Rajasthani henna mixed with essential oils, which takes time to set, but ensures the deep, rich stain that every bride dreams of for her wedding day.
How I Work
- Reference Mapping: If you have a specific scene in mind—like the varmala ceremony or a drawing of your pet—I use a phone reference to sketch the outline before I start filling in the details.
- The Setup: For large projects, I sit with you for hours. Comfort is a priority. We usually arrange a comfortable, well-lit space where you can relax while I work.
- Customization: Nothing is printed or stenciled. Everything you see on this page is free-hand work, drawn directly onto the skin. This allows me to adjust the scale of the design to fit your hands and feet perfectly.
Why the Detail Matters
I have seen trends come and go in the last 25 years, but the demand for story-telling mehendi remains consistent. Whether I am drawing a traditional peacock or a contemporary portrait of a couple, my goal is to make sure that even a month later, you can look at the fading stain and remember exactly what each line meant to you. If you are planning a ceremony in Delhi or across India, let's talk about the design that feels like your own.
