Work and life overlap more than we admit. Here is my perspective on how to navigate professional connections with clarity and care.

I'm a published author. This is the book 'Humanise', for which I wrote a chapter on a topic that's becoming increasingly relevant: dating at the workplace.

An inside look at my chapter, "How to create a dating policy at the workplace?" Work fills a large part of our day, and it's natural for connections to form. My chapter explores how to navigate this in a healthy, professional way.

The table of contents from the book 'Humanise', showing my chapter alongside other important conversations about elevating the human experience at work. I'm proud to be part of this project.

About My Published Work

Most people treat office romance like a taboo. In my chapter for Plum’s Humanise, I argue for a middle ground. We need clear, human-centric guidelines that respect personal boundaries without shaming natural connections. If you are struggling to draw that line between professional life and potential personal interest, it is not about following a rigid rulebook. It is about understanding the impact of your actions on your workplace culture and your own peace of mind.
