Experience the most captivating element of flow arts. This collection showcases my performances with fire poi and fire staff, demonstrating the control, safety, and meditative focus required to dance with flames. At the end of many workshops, I guide participants through their first safe fire spinning experience.

This is where the skills are built, one spin at a time. This collection features my practice sessions with various non-fire props like sock poi, colorful chromatix poi, and flowing veil poi.
