My debut engraving event in Mumbai was for The Man Company at Flipkart's Glam Up festival. I personalized over 140 perfumes live amidst a buzzing atmosphere of celebrities and creators. It was an incredible milestone!
For the launch of Lenscrafters' flagship store in Bangalore, I personalized over 100 of these baby blue leather luggage tags. It was a stylish and practical giveaway that perfectly suited the travel and fashion-forward brand.
The table setting at the exclusive Jo Malone London event was absolutely dreamy. My live engraving service was part of this luxury experience, seamlessly blending in with the brand's elegant aesthetic.

About Brand Activation Showcase
When I set up my station, it becomes more than a service point; it is a live art display. I ensure the workspace is tidy and functional, typically requiring just a 4ft table and access to a power point for my engraving tools. I balance the pace of work with the quality of the finish, so your guests get a premium keepsake without waiting in long queues.
How My Live Activations Work
I have collaborated with brands like Jo Malone and Lenscrafters to bring interactive artistry to their events. My goal is to make the personalization process a conversation starter. Whether you are hosting a product launch, a PR event, or a corporate milestone, I work with your team to integrate my services into your event flow.
The Logistics
- Space & Setup: I require a 4ft table, a chair, and direct lighting. For engraving, I need access to a standard 220V electrical point for my micromotor drill.
- Turnaround Time: Personalization speed depends on the technique. For high-speed calligraphy on paper, I can cover 30 to 50 guests per hour. Engraving and hot foiling are more intricate, typically allowing for 12 to 20 items per hour. If your event has a high guest count, I coordinate with additional artists to ensure everyone gets a turn.
- Surface Versatility: I engrave on glass and metal, foil on leather, and hand-paint on smooth plastics like compacts or candle jars. Everything I do is about creating a permanent, elegant addition to your brand's merchandise.
My Approach
I am based in Bangalore but travel across India for activations. Every project is handled with care, from the initial setup to the final hand-off. I manage all the technical details, such as dust control for engraving or quick-drying paints, so you can focus on your guests. My aim is to ensure that every attendee takes home a keepsake that reminds them of their experience with your brand.
