Join a circle where you are heard, not judged. From vision board workshops to honest movie discussions, we host events to help you connect, grow, and navigate life together.

Someone called to ask if she could celebrate her birthday at our clinic. That's why we exist: to be a safe space. This video shows our vision board workshop, where we talked about body image, burnout, and what it means to feel truly safe.

A group of amazing women holding up their vision boards after our workshop. We believe healthcare is the foundation for your goals, and that women united are stronger than solo struggles.

Our therapists facilitating a discussion during the vision board workshop. This isn't about toxic positivity; it's about tackling what really holds women back and turning it into an action plan.

Two participants collaborating and sharing their dreams. Our workshops are designed to foster connection and create a space for honest conversations.

A close-up of the collective vision board from our workshop, filled with hopes for self-care, travel, and mental health. This is what community goal-setting looks like.

More scenes from our vision board workshop, where art meets heart. It's a space to get creative, feel inspired, and connect with other women on the same journey.

Of course, no workshop is complete without snacks. Brownies, popcorn, and art supplies fuel our sessions of dreaming and planning.

Over 20 women from across Bangalore met up to discuss 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower'. It started as a movie night but turned into so much more.

Our therapists held space as women poured out their hearts about friendships, relationships, and childhood. This is what a safe space in action looks like.

"What's one thing you've never said out loud?" The anonymous answers on this screen show the power of a safe space. We spoke about things we never had before, because we knew we wouldn't be judged.

About Our Community: Safe Spaces & Events

Our events aren't just social gatherings—they are facilitated by our therapists and experts to ensure the conversation remains safe. Whether it’s a movie discussion, a vision board workshop, or an honest talk about pleasure, you’ll find a space here where you don't have to pretend you're fine or filter your thoughts.

We know that mental health conversations in India are often brushed off with a casual 'sab theek ho jayega' (everything will be alright). That kind of dismissal is exactly why we started these spaces. We believe that healing happens in community, and sometimes, you just need to be around people who actually get it without having to explain yourself.

Why We Host These Events

We aren't just holding space; we are actively breaking the stigma around women’s experiences. Our sessions are built to be:

  • Facilitated: Every workshop is guided by our therapists, ensuring it’s not just a chat but a meaningful, trauma-informed experience.
  • Human-First: No bots, no scripts. Just real women talking about body image, burnout, relationships, and pleasure.
  • Evidence-Based: We keep the 'fun' (yes, there are usually brownies and popcorn), but the foundation is always science-backed care.

What You Can Expect

Our community events happen regularly across our 7 clinics in Bengaluru and online. You might find us facilitating a vision board session to tackle self-doubt or hosting a movie night that turns into a raw, honest conversation about childhood and friendships. We have covered everything from pleasure and desire to navigating boundaries.

This is a space to come as you are. Whether you are dealing with PCOD, fertility stress, or just the weight of adulting, you aren't doing it alone. Join us to be part of a community that values your story as much as your health.
