Terrace setups require more than just balloons. We account for wind and lighting limitations by using weighted stands and anchoring techniques to ensure your backdrop stays upright all evening. We also carry extension cords up to 15 meters for those tricky outdoor power points, so your party lighting remains on without any flickering or outage.

Managing Outdoor Lighting
Lighting is the most critical element for an evening event. We don't just hang a few fairy lights. We use professional LED uplights (Par cans) to illuminate backdrops and string lights draped overhead to create a warm, immersive atmosphere. If your venue has limited electrical points, let us know in advance. We bring our own heavy-duty cabling to ensure the entire setup remains powered from start to finish.
Seating and Layout
For terrace parties, we favor a low-seating arrangement. We use rustic pallet tables, floor mattresses, and clean, weather-appropriate linens. This setup maximizes space while keeping the vibe relaxed and informal. If you are planning a surprise proposal or a birthday, we typically need 3 hours for setup and testing before your guests arrive. Everything, including the takedown, is handled by our team, so you are left with no cleanup once the party ends.
