Tattoo removal isn't a one-day thing. As you can see, it takes patience and multiple sessions to break down the ink safely. I use Q-Switched Nd:YAG lasers that work gradually, keeping your skin safe without risky DIY hacks.
Understanding the Process
When you choose laser removal, you are choosing safety over speed. I use the Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser, which specifically targets dark pigments in your skin.
- Why multiple sessions? The laser breaks the ink into tiny particles, and your immune system works to flush them out over time. It is not an overnight job.
- Is it painful? Yes, there is some discomfort, but it is manageable. I use cold air cooling systems to keep the area comfortable during the session.
- What about scarring? The laser won't leave new scars if you follow the aftercare instructions. However, if your original tattoo was applied too deeply or caused scarring, that underlying texture might remain once the ink is gone.
- Safety First: Please stay away from DIY tips like using lime (chuna) or other home remedies. Those cause permanent chemical burns. My studio setup in Bhuleshwar and Boring Road ensures everything from sanitization to eye protection is handled professionally.
