How We Approach Themed Decor
- Custom Fabrication: We do not rely on a generic inventory for themed events. Items like mannequin lamps, mirrored bar structures, and graphic backdrop panels are often designed and built specifically for your theme. This ensures the decor does not look like a collection of hired props.
- Immersive Architecture: We treat the venue as a canvas. This involves using 'room within a room' techniques—like our geometric archways or floor-to-ceiling installations—to define smaller, intimate zones within a large ballroom or outdoor space.
- Lighting & Atmosphere: Lighting is the difference between a pretty room and a themed experience. For these events, we coordinate concert-grade trussing, neon accents, and directed spot lighting to ensure the textures of the decor pop. We coordinate this with the DJ and AV teams to ensure the mood matches the visuals.
- The Planning Phase: Because these designs are non-standard, we start with a 3D rendering of the floor plan. We map out the placement of custom furniture, the flow of the entrance tunnel, and the lighting zones before a single piece of decor arrives at your venue.
