Custom Lehengas and Skirt Sets for Weddings
Whether you want a vibrant lehenga for your Sangeet or a chic, modern skirt set for a reception, I focus on creating outfits that feel like you. Let's design something special together.
So much fun seeing my clients happy in their custom outfits. This video shows a group of bridesmaids I designed for, each wearing a unique lehenga in shades of peach, cream, and neon green for the wedding festivities.
Twirling into the celebration! This client is wearing a custom peach organza lehenga with delicate floral embroidery, paired with a fully embroidered sequin blouse. It’s a light, airy, and elegant choice for a Sangeet.
A closer look at the back of this peach Sangeet lehenga. The V-neck blouse is fully embroidered, and the flowing organza skirt is detailed with small, scattered floral motifs for a romantic feel.
This client looks absolutely lovely in her custom crop top and skirt, perfect for a Sangeet. The embroidered blouse and flowing peach skirt create a look that is both festive and comfortable.
Sunshine in an outfit! I designed this vibrant yellow crop top and high-waisted skirt set with a contrasting turquoise border. It's a playful and eye-catching ensemble perfect for a daytime Mehendi or Haldi ceremony.
This custom neon green lehenga with a contrasting pink border is all about making a statement. The halter-neck crop top and flowing skirt are perfect for dancing the night away at a Sangeet.
A modern take on a traditional lehenga. This monochromatic red ensemble features a simple crop top with a deep back and elegant Banarasi border detailing on the cap sleeves, paired with a flowing red skirt.
About this collection
Every lehenga I design starts with getting the structure right. Whether you want a heavy, traditional Kanjeevaram border or a modern, flowy organza look, I use specialized canvas and double-layer can-can foundation to make sure the skirt holds its volume and shape perfectly while you move.
Your Vision, My Studio
I believe your outfit should celebrate your uniqueness, not just fit a standard sizing chart. When we work together on a custom lehenga or skirt set, we start with a blank slate. You might come in knowing exactly what you want, or perhaps you just have a favorite color palette and a venue in mind. Either way, we sit down at my studio to sketch out the details, select fabrics, and decide on the cut.
Styles We Can Explore
I love mixing traditional South Indian elements with modern silhouettes:
- Modern Fusion: Think corset-style tops paired with raw silk skirts or fishtail cuts for a sleek reception look.
- Traditional Mashups: We can combine a Kalamkari skirt with a Banarasi dupatta, or pair a classic Kanchipuram silk skirt with a contemporary crop top.
- Playful Colors: Don't feel limited to red or gold. I enjoy working with neons, pastels, or deep velvet tones to match your personal style and the mood of your event.
The Process
Since I handle everything in-house in JP Nagar, I am involved in every step—from the initial fabric selection to the final fit checks. Because I work by appointment only, you get my undivided attention during our sessions. This ensures that every motif, every border, and every stitch is exactly where it needs to be.
If you have an idea that doesn't fit into a store-bought category, that is exactly the kind of project I want to work on. Let’s make an outfit that you will love wearing again.
