How We Plan Your Trip

We believe the best weekend getaways are the ones where you don't have to worry about schedules or missing a bus. When you sign up for a trip, we manage the entire logistical flow from the moment you meet your group in Bangalore.

What You Can Expect

• The Transit: Most of our weekend treks utilize non-AC tempo travellers. These rides are where the community building begins. It is usually a high-energy environment with music and conversations, helping you break the ice before you even reach the trailhead.
• The Stay: Whether it is a homestay or camping, we ensure safety and comfort. We arrange separate sleeping zones for men and women and keep washroom access clear. Expect dormitory-style living where the focus is on shared meals and post-trek relaxation.
• The Documentation: Getting into the Western Ghats or Hampi often requires specific permissions. We handle all Karnataka Forest Department entry fees and trekking permits in advance, so you are never held up at a checkpoint.
• The Support: Every group is accompanied by a certified Trek Leader and often a local guide who knows the terrain better than anyone else. They are there to manage the pace, ensure safety, and help with navigation.

Your Role We handle the itinerary, but you own the experience. Most of our packages include all major meals during the trek, but we often leave one meal 'self-sponsored' during transit. This gives you the freedom to pick your own highway snacks or cafe meals without being tied to a fixed menu.
