About Trekking & Hiking Tours
Why I Trek
For me, the mountains mean freedom. I’m not about perfect Insta moments, more like muddy shoes and genuine stories. Every trek is a fresh challenge, and you meet people who become your trail buddies. If you’re looking for something more than just a pretty view, you’ll fit right in.
Who’s On The Trail
Most folks who join are solo travelers or first-timers, a bit nervous at first but end up finding their tribe. Doesn’t matter if you’re planning your first ever trek or already counting Himalayan summits, there’s a spot for you here. No “pro” label needed.
Pick Your Trek
- Quick escapes: Beginner friendly trekking near Bangalore like Kudremukha (lush hills, monsoon magic), Tadiandamol (coffee estates), and Bandaje Falls (offbeat, waterfall views).
- One-day sunrise treks: Skandagiri (sea of clouds at dawn), Makalidurga, Uttari Betta.
- Himalayan trekking expeditions India: Think Kashmir Great Lakes (alpine meadows), Kedarkantha (snow, real winter feels), Tarsar-Marsar (twin lakes).
- Southern adventures: Wayanad (camping, waterfalls, zipline), Dudhsagar Falls (Goa, monsoon trek).
What’s Sorted For You
- Travel from base city, basic but cozy stays (homestay/camps), trek leader and support crew.
- Trek permits, entry fees, first-aid, and safety - all taken care of.
- Food’s simple and veg; in the Himalayas, eggs too. Don’t expect fancy, but you’ll stay fueled.
What To Expect
You’ll get tired, maybe wet, but you’ll go home with real memories. No filter needed.

My Story
Hey! We're Plan The Unplanned, started in 2016 just craving something more than the usual city chaos. For us, it’s always been about swapping that 9-to-5 for a campfire, bus ride laughs, and the weird magic of strangers turning into your new squad. Not just trekking, not just the view – it’s the vibe, the stories, the feeling you find when you step out of your comfort zone and suddenly, you’re home.
My Work
Trips & Adventures - We run weekend getaways from Bangalore, Himalayan treks, offbeat international trips, heritage hikes in Hampi, bouldering, camping, river rafting, chasing sunrises.
Everyone’s Welcome - First-timers, introverts, solo traveller group treks, college gangs or families – there’s something for all. We make it easy for you to join in.
It’s a People Thing - Our trek leads are pros at making friends and breaking the ice. You’ll leave with new buddies and stories, not just photos.
You Just Show Up - We sort logistics - travel, cozy homestays, food, guides. No stress, just trek and enjoy. Safety and fun is our thing.
