Graston Technique Recovery Sessions
I use stainless steel tools to break down scar tissue and release deep muscle knots, helping you recover faster and move with better range of motion.
Using IASTM tools to work on the chest and back of a client. This helps to release tight pectoral muscles from bench pressing and break up adhesions in the upper back to improve posture and flexibility.
Here I am performing the Graston technique on a professional athlete's shoulder and chest. This is followed by full-body dry cupping to maximize blood flow and accelerate recovery after the intense deep tissue work.
A close-up of the Graston technique on an athlete's highly-defined abdominal and pectoral muscles. This process helps to enhance muscle separation and vascularity, which is crucial for bodybuilding competitors.
This video shows IASTM being used on the chest and back. Notice the redness (petechiae), which indicates the release of stagnant blood and the breaking up of underlying muscle adhesions.

This session combines the Graston technique on the chest with dry needling on the shoulder. This dual approach targets both broad fascial restrictions and specific trigger points for comprehensive pain relief.
Here, I'm using a specific IASTM tool to work on the abdominal muscles of a professional athlete. This helps to improve the definition of the abs and release tension in the core.

About Graston Technique (IASTM)
IASTM is not just a standard massage. I use medical-grade stainless steel tools to apply controlled pressure along your muscle fibers, specifically targeting the knots and adhesions that traditional deep tissue work cannot reach. It creates temporary redness, which is a sign that we are breaking up restriction and increasing blood flow to the exact areas that are holding you back.
Why Graston Technique Matters
Many of my clients arrive with 'stiff' muscles, especially after heavy chest or leg days. You might feel like your muscle growth is plateaued because your fascia is too tight, or you are dealing with deep trigger points that standard foam rolling simply cannot touch. That is exactly when I use the Graston technique.
The Process
The stainless steel instruments allow me to get precise, deep access into the muscle belly and connective tissue. It is not just about relaxation; it is about functional mobility. We focus on breaking down fibrotic tissue that accumulates from years of intense training. You will feel a bit of discomfort as the tools scrape over those stubborn knots, but the trade-off is a significantly improved range of motion and better vascularity immediately after the session.
My Approach
I often combine this with dynamic cupping or dry needling if I see that your recovery is lagging. Whether you are a competitive bodybuilder needing better posing angles or a gym enthusiast dealing with chronic shoulder tightness, this session is tailored to unlock that range. We operate out of The Anatomy Physiotherapy Clinic in Chattarpur, Delhi. I recommend wearing comfortable clothes that allow easy access to the treatment areas so we can get straight to the work.
