Dekho, agar aapka workout heavy hai toh stiffness aur pain aana common hai. Yahan main wo cases dikha raha hoon jahan humne athletes aur gym-goers ki muscle knots nikal kar unhe wapas recovery ke track pe laya hai.

This video shows my complete process with a client, from the initial consultation where he describes his workout pain to the examination and finally, the post-therapy feeling of relaxation. It’s a perfect example of how I identify the root cause of stiffness and provide targeted relief.

Here, I am using the Graston technique, or IASTM, on a professional bodybuilder. These steel tools are essential for breaking down deep scar tissue and muscle knots, which is crucial for improving muscle definition and flexibility for competitions.

This session demonstrates a combination of therapies. You can see dry cupping marks to improve blood flow, followed by dry needling to target specific, deep trigger points in the shoulder that were causing pain and restricting movement.

Listen to professional athlete and kabaddi player Kuldeep Bhadana's experience after his session. He came in with significant body stiffness and pain, and he explains the immediate relief he felt, which is vital for his high-impact sport.

It's an honor to work with top athletes like Indian cricketer Ayush Badoni. Here we are at the clinic after a muscle recovery session, ensuring he stays in peak physical condition for the demands of professional cricket.

This video shows two key therapies in action. First, dynamic cupping, where I move the cups to release the myofascial layer, followed by wet cupping (Hijama) on the back to remove toxins and reduce inflammation.

This vlog gives you a glimpse into a typical day at my clinic. You'll see me consulting with new patients, performing various treatments like cupping and dry needling on athletes, and even making house calls for ongoing physiotherapy.

This photo with IFBB Pro Rahul Fitness and another athlete shows the immediate after-effects of a cupping session. The marks indicate areas of high muscle tension and stagnation, which we successfully addressed to improve blood flow and recovery.

About Featured

Jab aap pehli baar IASTM ya Graston technique karate ho, toh thoda pain ho sakta hai kyunki hum purane muscle knots ko break down kar rahe hote hain. Par session khatam hone tak, wahi stiffness gayab ho jaati hai. Ye sirf temporary relief nahi hai, ye aapki body ko wapas reset karne ka tareeka hai taaki aapka agla workout bina kisi restriction ke ho.
