Instead of loud, industrial dryers that scare pets, we use a manual towel and handheld blow-dry approach in our open-air rooftop space. This allows us to keep the experience calm for anxious pets who might get overwhelmed in a traditional clinic environment.

Whether you have an energetic Lab who loves water or a nervous dog who dislikes being handled, we go slow. If your pet is particularly anxious, we use treats and steady talking to build trust. Please note that for severe matting, we recommend a full haircut service instead to ensure the process remains pain-free for your pet.
