About this collection
These themed sessions are fully produced, which means I handle all the styling and costume changes so you can just relax. Whether we are aiming for a divine Krishna look or a whimsical fairy setting, all props and outfits are selected and sanitized to ensure your baby stays comfortable throughout the two-hour shoot.
Behind the Scenes of Creative Sessions
Photography is often about catching moments, but in these themed studio sessions, we go a step further. We create a setting. When you book a creative session at my Mulund studio, you are not just getting a photographer, but a full production set.
The Krishna and Mythological Series
Many parents approach me for the Krishna and Radha-themed photos. These require attention to detail—the right shade of yellow for the dhoti, the placement of the peacock feather, and the subtle lighting that mimics a temple glow. I focus on making these look painterly, almost like a piece of art you would hang on your wall, rather than a costume photo. We keep the baby comfortable with soft textures and props like makhan pots that they can actually touch and explore.
Fine Art and Whimsical Setups
Beyond mythology, I love the fine-art style. This involves adding digital elements like butterflies, fireflies, or fairy wings during the editing process. The goal is to capture your child in a way that feels like a scene from a storybook.
Why the Studio Works
While I love the outdoors, some concepts demand control. The studio in Mulund allows me to manage the environment—temperature, lighting, and safety—which is crucial for newborns and toddlers who need a steady, calm space.
- Production: Each session includes full costume provision and elaborate set design.
- Assistance: I have a studio assistant on-site to help with safety, costume adjustments, and ensuring the baby is happy.
- The Process: We take two hours. This is intentional. It gives us time to feed, soothe, and play. We do not rush. If the baby needs a break, we take it. The final output is 15 artistically edited, high-resolution digital images that feel less like a standard photo and more like a captured memory.
