- Quick Execution: My team can complete a standard cubicle or reception setup in about 1.5 hours. For larger projects like a photo-ready shimmer wall, we usually need 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Planning & Customization: If you have a specific theme or color scheme in mind, tell me 48 hours in advance. I can source custom foil numbers, specific neon sign rentals, or coordinate balloons with your company colors.
- The Setup: I bring everything—the metallic stands, the electric pumps, and the tape. I don't need you to provide any tools or support. I use professional-grade balloons, including chrome and metallic finishes, to make sure the decor looks premium, not cheap.
Practical Stuff to Keep in Mind
- Cleanup: I handle the setup, but I do ask that you arrange for the popping and disposal of balloons after the event. It keeps my pricing affordable and ensures I can rush to my next job.
- Rentals: Items like the 6x6 feet circular metal stands, shimmer walls, and neon signs are rentals. I will return to your office within 24 to 48 hours to collect these items.
- Space: Whether you need a full 8x8 feet shimmer wall for the reception or just a small cluster for a manager's cabin, I adapt the design to fit the room. If your office has a ceiling grid, I can even hang elements to maximize the festive vibe without cluttering your desk space.
