- Drying: High velocity blow drying with cool or warm air to ensure the undercoat is fully dry.
Hygiene Checks
- Ears & Nails: Ear canal wiping with vet approved solution and nail tip trimming using safety clippers.
- Glands: External anal gland expression performed upon request.
- Staffing: Dedicated 1:1 handler focus for the entire duration.
Supervised Outdoor Swim & Play
Pool & Activity
- Facility: Access to outdoor concrete splash pool with a depth of 2 to 3 feet.
- Session Details: 30 to 40 minutes of water games and swimming led by a handler.
- Safety: Continuous monitoring by staff to assist novice swimmers or flat faced breeds.
Post-Swim Care
- Rinse: Fresh water wash down to remove chlorine or pool debris.
- Drying: Vigorous towel drying using sanitized microfiber towels.

The dogs who come here, they’re not just guests, they’re family – even our indie pups, who get extra love. You’ll see us cuddling, playing, missing old friends like Zorro the husky, and hanging out with our in-house stress-buster (the Shih Tzu). When you leave your dog here, it’s not a kennel.
