- Brand Customization: Colors strictly matched to brand guidelines (e.g., Blue/White, Gold/Black) using premium stock.
- VIP Entry: Installation of a 10-15 ft Red Carpet runner and a decorated ceremonial tray with golden scissors and ribbon.
Showroom Interior
- Ceiling & Wall Decor: 10 to 15 color-coordinated balloon bunches attached to pillars, ceilings, or display racks.
- Product Focus: Balloon framing around key product display units or launch counters.
Logistics
- Execution: Includes material transport and a 2-3 person team for rapid setup within 3 hours.

Traditional Entrance
- Natural Installation: Two full-sized fresh Banana Stems tied to entrance pillars.
- Torans & Garlands: Hanging Mango Leaf and heavy Marigold garlands across the main door frame.
- Signage: Floral framing of the company logo or entrance board using fresh yellow or orange marigolds.
Puja Zone & Backdrop
- Fabric Draping: 10ft wide backdrop setup using satin or cloth drapes in traditional Yellow, White, or Red colors.
- Floral Work: Thick garlands framing the backdrop or a central floral motif (Lotus/Om) created with fresh flowers.
- Floor Art: Flower petal Rangoli or decorative stickers placed near the Puja pedestal.
Sourcing
- Freshness: All perishable leaves and flowers sourced fresh from the local market on the event day.

Behind the Scenes
People think event decoration is just putting up a few things and leaving. But honestly, most of my work happens before I even step into your venue. I’m hunting down materials from UP, Bangalore, Coimbatore - wherever I need to go. Wiring, painting, checking every single piece – that’s where most of the time goes. Namma oorla (Here in our place), people sometimes wonder about the price, but they don’t see this side of things.
