This is a complete 'Oh Baby' themed setup I created for a baby shower in Bangalore. It features a circular backdrop with a blue and silver balloon arch, a custom 'Oh Baby' neon sign, Cocomelon character foil balloons, and a curtain of fairy lights for a magical effect.

How My Setup Works
I provide two main tiers of service for baby showers in Bangalore. You pick the package, and I handle the rest.
Standard Circular Setup (₹2600–₹3200) This is my most requested option for smaller spaces. It includes a 2x2 meter circular frame with a sheer white backdrop, 150 to 200 standard latex balloons, and a generic 'Oh Baby' neon sign. It is a clean, simple look that works for any indoor baby shower.
Upgraded Backdrop & Props (₹4500–₹5500) If you want more visual weight, I recommend this package. It features a denser arch with over 250 balloons, including chrome finishes, plus 4 light-up marquee letters and transparent balloon boxes. I also add table-top props like baby carriages to tie the theme together.
Gender Reveal Add-ons
If you are planning a gender reveal, I have a specific package for that (₹3500–₹4500). This includes 2 electronic sparkular guns (cold pyro) for the moment of the reveal, an opaque balloon filled with confetti, and specialized 'Boy' or 'Girl' foil pillars. I send a technician to handle the pyro safely so you can focus on the reveal itself.
Practical Details
- Setup Time: I typically need 1.5 to 2.5 hours for standard setups, and up to 3 hours for the upgraded packages.
- Logistics: My team travels across Bangalore. We assemble everything on-site and return after your event to dismantle the rental frames and lights.
- What you manage: The balloons are yours to keep, but I collect all hardware, frames, and neon signage at the end of the day. No heavy lifting or assembly is required on your part.
