About Our Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
Unlike vendors who outsource fabrication, we manage the entire manufacturing cycle in our own facility in Greater Noida. By controlling the PUF panel density and the PPGI steel bonding process internally, we maintain strict thermal insulation standards and structural consistency that standard market-grade panels often lack.
Our manufacturing philosophy is built on the premise that total control over production equals total reliability for the end user. When we fabricate PUF and PIR sandwich panels, we follow strict ISO-certified protocols. This ensures that every unit we produce meets exact specifications for thermal efficiency and fire resistance before it leaves our premises.
Precision Manufacturing Standards
We utilize high-density polyurethane (PUF) cores with a density of 40 kg/m3, bonded between 0.45mm to 0.50mm Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron (PPGI) steel skins. This specific layering is designed to provide maximum structural integrity while remaining lightweight. Our facility is equipped with automated machinery that ensures uniform thickness and perfect tongue-and-groove joint alignment. This is critical for our clients because even a minor misalignment in the joint leads to thermal bridging, which compromises the energy efficiency of the entire building envelope.
Quality Assurance Protocols
Quality for us is not an afterthought. We implement a multi-stage inspection process that begins at the raw material procurement level and concludes with a pre-dispatch check. Each panel is protected with a peel-off film to prevent surface scratches during transit, ensuring the finish arrives at your site in pristine condition.
