Insulated PUF Sandwich Panels (Material Only)
Core Specifications
- Panel Thickness: 50mm to 100mm PUF/PIR core (Density 40 kg/m3) for thermal insulation.
- Metal Skin: 0.45mm to 0.50mm Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron (PPGI) sheets on both sides.
- Profile: Ribbed profile for walls with Tongue & Groove joinery; Trapezoidal profile for roofs for water run-off.
Performance & Finish
- Durability: Water-resistant, termite-proof, and fire-retardant (B2/B3 grade) properties.
- Protection: Smooth or lightly embossed finish with peel-off film to prevent transit scratches.
- Note: Price is for material supply only; installation labor and accessories are extra.

Structural & Civil
- Framework: Heavy-duty Mild Steel (MS) grid structure, primed and painted for corrosion resistance.
- Cladding: 50mm to 60mm PUF insulated panels providing approx. 5°C temperature difference.
- Flooring: 18mm Cement Fibre Board mounted on steel grid, finished with 1.5mm PVC Vinyl.
Windows, Doors & Finishing
- Glazing: Powder-coated Aluminum sliding windows with 4mm float glass.
- Entries: Insulated PUF door or standard Flush door with heavy-duty hardware.
- Sealing: Monsoon-proof sealing with industrial-grade silicone.
Electricals
- Fixtures: Industrial-grade LED batten lights and ceiling fans included.
- Wiring: Surface-mounted wiring in casing-capping with modular switches and AC cut-outs.
Walk-in Cold Storage Setup (+2°C to +8°C)
Insulated Envelope
- Panels: 80mm to 100mm High-Density PUF panels with Cam-Lock or Flashing system for airtight sealing.
- Surface: Food-grade white coating on Pre-painted GI sheets meeting hygiene standards.
- Flooring: Insulated PUF slab covered with Aluminum Chequered Plate or Kota Stone for load bearing.
Refrigeration Unit
- Machinery: Commercial Split-type unit (Outdoor Condensing + Indoor Evaporator) for +2°C to +8°C.
- Controls: Digital temperature controller with auto-cutout and defrost timer.
- Refrigerant: Charged with eco-friendly gas (R404A or equivalent).
Accessories
- Door: Heavy-duty 3ft x 7ft insulated door with internal safety release latch and EPDM gaskets.
- Lighting: Vapor-proof LED lights suitable for damp and cold environments.
