When I started Pack-9, I wanted a space that felt like a second home, not a kennel. Whether your dog is coming in for our board and train program or just a refreshing hygiene bath, my priority is the same: their happiness and your comfort.
Dealing with separation anxiety or need a trainer who focuses on the dog's mindset rather than just basic obedience? That is what we do. Many of our regulars, like Mango and Shifu, started off nervous and are now confident pack members. I do not believe in cookie-cutter solutions. Every dog gets a routine tailored to their energy levels, health needs, and personality. You will find no kennel-style isolation here, just safe socialization, structured play, and consistent guidance.
My approach to care is rooted in honesty. If your dog is a mud-magnet, we will get them clean using gentle, vegan products. If they are a rescue learning to trust again, we go slow. We look at the whole picture—hygiene, health, and behavior—to ensure your dog returns to you healthier and happier than when they arrived.
