About this collection
I preserve real dried flowers in high-clarity resin, which means no two pieces are exactly alike. Because I hand-pour and finish each rakhi in my Bangalore studio, the petal placement and the resin finish have an organic, one-of-a-kind character you just cannot get from mass-produced items.
When I started designing these rakhis, I wanted them to be more than just a festival tie—I wanted them to be something you’d actually keep and wear like jewelry. I work with real dried blooms like daisies and baby's breath, carefully sealing them in resin so they stay vibrant long after the festival is over.
My Rakhi Collection
Whether you prefer the soft geometric look of my hexagon-shaped rakhis or the classic heart and round designs, each piece is finished with gold-tone beads and silk threads. Since everything is handmade, if you have a specific color theme in mind, let me know, and I will see what I can do.
Festive Hampers
To make your Rakshabandhan or festive gifting easier, I also put together curated hampers. These usually include a mix of my signature hand-poured soy wax candles, artisanal chocolates, and the preserved flower rakhi of your choice. It is a complete gift box ready to be sent to your sibling.
Shipping & Care
I ship across India from my studio in Bangalore. For rakhi orders specifically, I prioritize express shipping to ensure they reach you in time for the festivities. Once you receive your rakhi, try to keep it away from direct sunlight and harsh chemicals to maintain the clarity of the resin and the color of the pressed flowers.
Over The Lune Studio
I’m the person behind Over The Lune Studio, where wax and resin are my playground. I started making these rakhis because I wanted something that felt more like jewelry and less like a temporary festival tie, giving you a keepsake that lasts long after the celebration.
