Shorin-ryu Karate: The Foundation
This is where your journey begins. Our classes focus on the fundamentals of traditional Shorin-ryu karate, building strength, focus, and discipline through kihon (basics) and kata (forms). We provide structured training for all ages, from young beginners to experienced adults.
Kobudo: The Art of Okinawan Weapons
We offer authentic instruction in Okinawan Kobudo, the art of traditional weapons. Students learn to handle weapons such as the Bo (staff), Tonfa, and Nunchaku, developing coordination, control, and a deeper understanding of martial arts principles.
The Path to Mastery: Grading & Advanced Training
The journey in karate is marked by milestones of growth and dedication. Here, you can see our students during Kyu and Dan (black belt) grading examinations, as well as participating in advanced seminars to deepen their skills in both Karate and Kobudo.
Our Okinawan Lineage
Our teaching is rooted in the direct lineage of Shorin-ryu Shorinkan in Okinawa, Japan. I regularly train at the Honbu Dojo with my masters to ensure the instruction we provide is authentic, preserving the art's true spirit and techniques.
