About Studio Features & Layout
The mirrors cover the primary wall specifically for form correction, but if you are planning a ticketed workshop or film shoot, just keep in mind that the studio comfortably fits 25 people for those setups. It is a clean, industrial-chic space that gives you enough room to move without feeling crowded.
When we built Sync Studio, we wanted a space that could handle anything from high-energy dance rehearsals to focused yoga workshops. The foundation is a 700 sq. ft. area with engineered wooden flooring and a dark oak finish, which provides the right balance of grip and cushion for dancers, gymnasts, and fitness enthusiasts.

Whether you are a solo artist or running a group session, the setup is flexible:
- Form and Movement: Wall-to-wall mirrors allow you to check your choreography or posture in real-time.
- Climate Control: Mumbai humidity is no match for our two heavy-duty cassette AC units, which keep the studio at a comfortable 20 to 24 degrees Celsius.
- Lighting: We have natural daylight streaming in for daytime sessions and an adjustable track lighting system for those late-night rehearsals or creative shoots.
- Tech Ready: Our space is equipped with a Bluetooth sound system and a wall-mounted 55-inch TV, perfect for casting your choreography or live-streaming your class.
