About Our Nandi Hills Pet Resort
Most city grooming sessions happen in tight, noisy salons that stress your dog out. At my resort, we use the half-acre, open-air space to let your dog decompress before and after their grooming. This environment allows us to handle nervous or anxious dogs without the need for sedation, simply by keeping them calm, secure, and occupied.
A Different Kind of Grooming
When you bring your dog to our Nandi Hills facility, the grooming process is just one part of their experience. Because we are a resort, not a salon, we manage the entire energy of the visit.
The Process:
- Decompression: We let your dog run in our fenced play area first. A dog that has burned off nervous energy is significantly easier to handle during a bath or nail trim.
- Ex-Military Handling: My approach is built on discipline and clear communication. If your dog is nervous, I don't use 'forceful babying' to calm them. Instead, I use firm, structured leadership that makes them feel safe and understood.
- Full Service Hygiene: We handle the essentials, including double-wash bathing, high-velocity drying to prevent fungal growth, ear cleaning, and sanitary trimming.
Why the Environment Matters City grooming is often high-pressure. Our Nandi Hills location offers fresh air and space, which is critical for breeds that struggle with claustrophobia. We treat every session as a health check as well. During the groom, we perform a visual audit for ticks, fleas, rashes, or hot spots. Whether you have a giant breed like a Rottweiler or a sensitive Indie, our goal is to return a clean, calm, and balanced dog to you. You are welcome to drop your pet off for the day and let them enjoy the resort amenities while they get cleaned up.
