Designing a media unit requires balancing weight, functionality, and aesthetics. At Novella Kitchens, we move beyond standard carpentry by using High Density High Moisture Resistance (HDHMR) panels that withstand heavy loads without sagging. Whether you need a 9ft floor-to-ceiling unit or a compact floating console, our design process prioritizes the hardware as much as the finish.
Why German Hardware Matters
We exclusively use Hettich and Blum fittings. For a TV unit with drawer-in-drawer organizers or push-to-open cabinets, these German systems provide a smooth, silent operation that cheaper alternatives cannot replicate. These mechanisms allow us to create handle-less designs that maintain a seamless, minimalist look across the entire paneling.
Integrated Features for Modern Homes
- Cable Management: We create custom channels behind the main paneling. You can connect your gaming console, soundbar, and satellite box without seeing a single cord.
- Ambient Lighting: We embed 3000K warm-white LED strips in recessed channels. This provides soft backlighting for the TV area, reducing eye strain during night viewing and highlighting textures in the wood or acrylic panels.
- Storage Configuration: Our consoles are built 15-18 inches deep, providing ample room for electronics while maintaining a slim profile.
Material Selection
We offer a range of finishes to match your existing interior. Choose from SuperMatt acrylic for a fingerprint-resistant surface, or opt for PU coating and veneer polish for a deeper, more premium texture. Every unit is constructed off-site in our specialized facility to ensure zero-joint edge banding, which we then install at your home in Delhi or Gurgaon.
