About Behind the Scenes: My Process
The secret to that deep, dark stain you see in my gallery is all in the preparation. I make my own natural henna paste using triple-sifted powder and essential oils, which takes time to develop but gives the most beautiful results. Whether you need a quick stain for an event or the classic 48-hour natural depth for your big day, I have the right mix for your needs.
When you book me for your event, you are not just getting a henna artist. You are getting someone who understands the chemistry of a great stain. I use a 100% natural, homemade paste, triple-sifted for smoothness, which prevents clogging and allows me to use a 0.38mm fine-tip cone for that delicate, shaded work you see in my hibiscus designs.
For larger groups or festivals, I understand that time is of the essence. While the natural paste is best for the deep, dark rang on bridal hands, I also keep high-quality instant options for party guests who need a quicker result without compromising on the aesthetic.
My process involves setting up a comfortable, hygienic space wherever you are. Whether it is a small bachelorette circle or a large family gathering, I keep the flow moving so no one is stuck waiting. I focus on negative space and 3D shading techniques to make the designs look modern and vibrant. If you have specific ideas, we can discuss them beforehand, and I can recreate or adapt designs from inspiration photos to match your style. Let us make your next event beautiful, one design at a time.
